How we handle personal data collected through this website.

Who we are
This website is run by Agile Labs Pte Ltd, a company in Singapore. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Agile Labs.
This policy covers the website only. It does not cover the Lumimory product. When a firm uses Lumimory, the agreement between that firm and Agile Labs sets out how the firm's data is handled.
What we collect
When you fill in a form. The Book a Demo form asks for your name, work email, company and, if you choose, your phone number. The Other Industries form also asks what you are looking to build.
When you email us. Your email address and what you write.
When you visit. Our website host, and the services listed below, receive the technical details every browser sends: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
What we use it for
- To reply to you and arrange a demo.
- To talk with you about Lumimory and the Founding Design Partner programme, if you asked about it.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To keep spam and abuse off the website.
We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Services that handle data for us
- SendGrid, a Twilio service, delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks whether a form is being filled in by a person or by a bot. It runs on the pages of this website and collects details about your device and how you use the page. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that use.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google.
- unpkg supplies code libraries the website runs on. Your browser fetches them from unpkg.
- Our website host serves the pages and runs the form.
Some of these services process data outside Singapore. When personal data leaves Singapore, we take steps so that it is protected to a standard comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
How we protect it
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, change or disposal, and against loss.
Your choices
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 you can ask us:
- for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
- to correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete;
- to stop using your personal data, by withdrawing your consent.
Write to us at the address below. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to reply to your enquiry.
