About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by Agile Labs Pte Ltd, a company in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms do not cover the Lumimory product. A firm that uses Lumimory does so under a separate written agreement with Agile Labs.
What the website is for
The website gives general information about Lumimory, which is in development. What it describes may change, and features shown may not yet be available to every firm.
Nothing on the website, including the Insights articles, is financial, insurance, legal or other professional advice. Please do not rely on it as such.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logo and the Lumimory name belong to Agile Labs or are used with permission. You may view the website, and print or save pages for your own reference or for use inside your firm. Please ask us before reproducing, publishing or selling any of it.
Using the website
Please do not:
- use the website for an unlawful purpose;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- disrupt the website, or put an unreasonable load on it, including through automated scraping;
- send viruses or other harmful code;
- give false details in a form, or submit another person's details without their permission.
Information you send us
We handle personal data you send us as our Privacy Policy describes. If you send us feedback or suggestions about Lumimory, we may use them without paying you for them.

The website links to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
No guarantee
We provide the website as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, free of errors or always available.
